Financial Modeling & Analysis
- Develop and manage financial models to support business planning, forecasting, and post-acquisition analysis.
- Provide actionable insights to improve financial performance and inform decision-making.
- Utilize Power BI and other tools to transform complex data into clear, actionable reports for the Executive Leadership Team (ELT) and stakeholders.
- Support data-driven decision-making by delivering accurate and timely insights.
- Manage inquiries from lenders and ensure timely compliance reporting.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with the private equity firm and key financial partners.
- Collaborate with the ELT to provide financial insights on key initiatives, including acquisitions, growth strategies, and operational improvements.
- Lead efforts to enhance financial reporting, forecasting, and analysis processes.
- Identify opportunities for automation and implement solutions to drive efficiency and accuracy.
Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in financial analysis, business partnering, or decision support, preferably in a high-growth environment.
- Strong background in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), including experience with predictive modeling and analytics.
- Proven ability to build and implement automation solutions to streamline analysis and enhance insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to distill complex financial data into actionable insights.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with senior leadership and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in private equity, consulting, or investment banking.
- Hands-on experience with BI tools (e.g., Adaptive Insights, Alteryx) and/or SQL, including implementation experience.
