Primary Responsibilities
- Support the development and maintenance of a strong pipeline of acquisition targets, focusing on strategic growth opportunities.
- Establish and foster relationships with brokers, business owners, and industry partners to identify and evaluate high-value acquisition prospects.
- Partner with the Chief Development Officer (CDO) to ensure a seamless transition from target identification to deal execution.
- Assist in all phases of the M&A lifecycle, including due diligence, financial modeling, and transaction structuring.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to oversee financial, legal, operational, and regulatory diligence processes.
- Prepare and present deal approval materials, including financial assessments and strategic fit analyses, for senior leadership and board review.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- 3–6 years of M&A experience in investment banking, corporate development, or private equity.
- Demonstrated success in executing multiple transactions.
- Strong proficiency in financial modeling, valuation analysis, and due diligence processes.
- Results-oriented, proactive, and capable of driving deals forward in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent ability to negotiate and communicate effectively with business owners, brokers, and internal stakeholders.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects.
- Proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
