The nation’s leading, independent multi-specialty group is rapidly growing throughout Chicagoland and is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to expand their market reach in core services specialties like Radiology, Infusion, and PT/OT. This individual will be responsible for driving growth, and executing sales initiatives that enhance revenue and market share across prioritized service lines.
Strategic Sales Leader – Healthcare Services
Key Responsibilities
- Market Expansion: Establish and strengthen relationships with local healthcare providers, including physician practices, specialty groups, and hospitals, to drive market penetration.
- Revenue Growth: Implement sales strategies to enhance service utilization and increase revenue across key service lines.
- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, developing targeted outreach initiatives to expand market presence.
- Partnership Management: Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders to ensure continued collaboration and customer satisfaction.
- Data-Driven Strategy: Analyze sales performance, market trends, and competitor activity to refine sales approaches and maximize results.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in healthcare business development, sales, or provider relations.
- Proven track record in selling healthcare services, particularly in laboratory, infusion, and diagnostic imaging solutions.
- Strong knowledge of the Illinois healthcare market and established relationships with local providers (preferred).
