Key Responsibilities :
- Plan, organize, and oversee daily press manufacturing production activities.
- Collaborate with leadership to develop and achieve short- and long-term goals.
- Provide leadership, training, performance management, and growth opportunities for direct reports.
- Analyze performance data to measure productivity and identify areas for improvement.
- Monitor production and quality, addressing and resolving any issues.
- Define staffing needs to optimize efficiency and meet budget expectations.
- Ensure adherence to SOPs, quality standards, and safety protocols.
- Lead and sustain continuous improvement initiatives.
