- Assess and enhance the skills of care center managers, leveraging high-performing leaders to improve operational efficiency.
- Identify and implement best practices from top-performing locations to standardize tasks across all care centers.
- Foster collaborative relationships between care centers and Health Management support teams, providing professional guidance and leadership.
- Define, track, and assess care center manager competencies, establishing accountability through clear leadership and direction.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to deploy and analyze patient satisfaction surveys, translating feedback into actionable operational strategies.
- Oversee customer service training programs to enhance patient experiences.
- Assist care center managers with annual budget preparation, ensuring adherence to expense expectations through group purchasing programs.
- Partner with Decision Support teams to monitor productivity and profitability trends, implementing corrective actions for underperformance.
- Ensure consistent communication and evaluation of productivity and compensation data in collaboration with Finance and Clinical teams.
- Maintain compliance with OSHA, HIPAA, and CLIA regulations, working closely with support teams to address regulatory requirements.
- Review and provide recommendations on capital expense requests to senior executives for approval.
- Facilitate the onboarding of new practices in accordance with the Implementation Playbook.
- Support the procurement of capital equipment as required during onboarding processes.
- Promote effective communication strategies to foster a positive work environment and ensure optimal operational workflows across care centers.
- Provide educational opportunities to support management teams and identify future leaders within the organization.
- Guide care center managers in enhancing their skills, understanding compensation models, and utilizing preferred services and vendors.
- Respond to inquiries promptly, with a 24–48 hour turnaround time.
- Develop and communicate actionable plans to address specific needs at care centers.
- Education:
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
- Experience:
- Minimum of 7 years in senior healthcare operations or equivalent practical experience.
- Proven ability to build and maintain valuable long-term relationships.
- Demonstrated success in cross-functional collaboration to maximize business impact.
- Strong track record in prospecting, lead generation, and driving revenue growth.
