Senior Financial Analyst, Corporate
This position sits within a highly acquisitive multi-site healthcare organization with 450 locations and presence in 20 states.
As a Senior Financial Analyst on the Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team, you'll collaborate with various departments—such as operations, accounting, and strategy—to drive business performance and conduct in-depth analysis to better understand our dynamic and expanding business. You'll be responsible for forecasting future results and ensuring alignment with company goals.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to support revenue growth and cost-reduction initiatives.
- Build and maintain financial models to assess past performance and forecast future trends.
- Investigate budget-to-actual variances on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis to explain organizational performance.
- Assist in the budgeting and forecasting process by working closely with multiple departments.
- Prepare financial reports and provide relevant schedules and data for Board presentations.
- Support due diligence efforts during mergers & acquisitions (M&A) and target acquisition evaluations.
- Collaborate with team members on ad hoc financial projects and analysis as needed.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proficiency in Excel (intermediate required; advanced preferred—Pivot Tables, SUMIFS, XLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, and conditional formatting).
- Strong financial modeling experience.
- Familiarity with GAAP principles.
- Experience with business intelligence tools (Power BI, Power Query, Alteryx, or similar) is preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail, particularly in financial data validation.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively across various organizational levels.
- Strong communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
- Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to data-driven decision-making.
- SQL knowledge is a plus (or willingness to learn).
Education & Experience Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field (STEM degree preferred).
- 2-3 years of relevant experience in financial analysis, budgeting, or forecasting.
