Senior Financial Analyst
This position sits within a PE backed multi-site healthcare organization. The Senior Financial Analyst, Corporate Finance plays a pivotal role in supporting the creation of annual budgets, long-term forecasts, and conducting variance analysis to inform executive decision-making and guide strategic planning across the company. This role requires close collaboration with the Practice FP&A team for monthly reporting and budgeting activities.
Candidates will have the opportunity to work hybrid, 2 days in office, 3 days from home
Responsibilities:
- Support the Director of FP&A in preparing the annual budget and long-term financial planning models.
- Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic planning, business unit performance, and new growth opportunities.
- Analyze and prepare reports on monthly operating activities, including budget vs. actual comparisons, and provide insights to business leaders.
- Ensure accuracy in financial statements and management reports, aligning them with forecasts and strategic objectives.
- Maintain and refine cash flow models, providing variance analysis and insights on actual vs. projected results.
- Create and present financial reports and materials for senior leadership and Board of Directors meetings.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to operational efficiency, financial health, and business performance.
- Assist in financial due diligence, valuation analysis, and modeling for mergers, acquisitions, and corporate development initiatives.
- Take on additional responsibilities as needed to support corporate finance and strategic planning efforts.

Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field required.
- Master’s degree in Finance, Business, or a CPA designation preferred.
- 2–4 years of experience in financial analysis, corporate development, FP&A, consulting, investment banking, or private equity.
- Broad experience in accounting and financial analytics, particularly in growth-oriented environments.
