- Build and maintain relationships with key influencers, and industry thought leaders.
- Monitor and respond to media coverage, ensuring alignment with company goals.
- Lead corporate social responsibility (CSR) initiatives, enhancing the company’s reputation in the education industry and broader community.
- Define and communicate the company’s brand vision, mission, and values, ensuring alignment across all marketing, communications, and customer touchpoints.
- Drive the development of brand positioning and messaging to differentiate the company in the competitive education market.
- Oversee the creative direction of all brand materials, including logos, taglines, website, and social media presence, ensuring consistency and high-quality output.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Sales, and Operations) to ensure the brand message is aligned across all channels and customer experiences.
