HireNow Staffing is seeking an experienced Director of Medical / Surgical (RN) to lead the Med / Surg Care Unit at a top healthcare facility in Wilson NC . Key Responsibilities :
- Oversee clinical and administrative operations of the Med / Surg Care Unit
- Lead and mentor nursing staff to ensure highquality patientcentered care
- Develop and implement strategies to improve patient outcomes and operational efficiency
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies state & federal regulations and accreditation standards
- Manage staffing budgeting and performance improvement initiatives
- Foster collaboration with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient care delivery
Requirements :
Bachelors degree required (Masters preferred)
Progressive leadership experience in a healthcare setting
Current RN licensure (NC / Multistate)
Strong leadership communication and problemsolving skills
