HireNow Staffing is seeking a highly qualified and passionate Education Resource Specialist to support the Abdominal (Kidney) Transplant team at a premier medical center in Houston Texas. This position offers a unique opportunity to advance healthcare education and support a specialized transplant unit committed to patient care and clinical excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver comprehensive educational modules and continuing education events for the abdominal transplant program including outpatient transplant ICU and acute care settings.
- Provide advanced training orientation and ongoing education to clinical staff and transplant coordinators.
- Ensure compliance with OPTN and CSM guidelines integrating best practices into educational materials.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including support for the SICU and outpatient transplant unit.
- Participate in a comprehensive 3day classroom training program working directly with leadership to meet educational goals.
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years of acute care nursing.
