Position Overview
HireNow Staffing is seeking a dedicated and experienced Night Nurse Manager to oversee the operations of our Emergency Department (Adult ED, Psych ED, and Pediatric ED). This role involves managing day-to-day activities such as employee evaluations, recruitment, retention, and engagement, while ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care in compliance with hospital and regulatory standards.
This is a full-time, night-shift position with a focus on leadership, team development, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of the Emergency Department during night shifts.
- Conduct employee evaluations and foster a culture of engagement and retention.
- Ensure patient care aligns with hospital policies, department standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Manage team performance and address challenges effectively.
- Coordinate across the Adult, Psych, and Pediatric Emergency Departments to maintain seamless patient care.
