Position Overview

HireNow Staffing is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join the Cath Lab team at a leading healthcare facility in Lewiston ID . This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic department specializing in cardiovascular care and various procedures including TCAR AAA pacemakers defibrillators and more. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Cath Lab ICU or Emergency Department nursing.

Key Responsibilities

Patient Care :

Provide specialized care in the Cath Lab assisting with diagnostic and interventional cardiovascular procedures such as TCAR AAA STEMI pacemakers defibrillators and more.

Monitor patients vital signs and conditions during procedures providing appropriate interventions as necessary.

Ensure patient safety and comfort throughout the procedures.

Clinical Procedures & Support :

Assist in performing various procedures including Right and Left Heart Cath peripheral vascular interventions and stroke treatments.

Manage postprocedure recovery and monitoring for potential complications.

Team Collaboration :

Work closely with cardiologists surgeons and other healthcare professionals to ensure efficient operations and optimal patient outcomes.

Participate in the oncall rotation and assist in urgent or emergency cases as needed.

Call & Shift Schedule :

Monday to Friday 8hour shifts (7 : 00 AM 3 : 30 PM).

Participate in a call schedule of at least 8 shifts per month including 12 weekends per month.

Callback compensation at timeandahalf with a minimum of 2 hours of pay when called in.

Qualifications & Requirements

MustHaves :

Licensure :

Current or eligible for licensure as a Registered Nurse in Idaho.

Certifications :

Current BLS ACLS and NIH Stroke certifications.

Education :

Minimum Associate Degree in Nursing required.

Experience :

Significant experience in Cath Lab ICU or Emergency Department nursing in the past 23 years.

NiceToHaves :

Bachelors Degree in Nursing ( BSN ) preferred.

Compensation & Benefits

Signon Bonus : $20000 (based on qualifications and experience).

Salary :

Min : New graduates with zero experience $35.62 / hour.

Mid : 10 years of experience $45.58 / hour.

Max : 28 years of experience $59.98 / hour.

Pay is based on the majority of hours worked.

Call Schedule Compensation :

4.00 / hour while on call.

Minimum of 8 shifts / month including 12 weekends / month.

Callback pay : Minimum 2 hours at timeandahalf when called in.

Shift Differentials based on hours worked.

Relocation Assistance and Housing Allowance are available.
