Key Responsibilities :
- Manage a large unit or multiple units providing ambulatory radiology / medical imaging services.
- Develop and maintain clinical practice standards and budgets.
- Oversee staff development and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Ensure adherence to the Nurse Practice Act, The Joint Commission, and other regulatory bodies.
- Foster a collaborative environment within a Labor / Management Partnership setting.
