Job Description:
- Conduct a high volume of persuasive activity aligned with the sales plan.
- Sell company services and solutions.
- Lead effective discovery meetings to uncover pain points that align with products and services.
- Formally present and propose products and services as solutions to identified challenges.
- Maintain accurate data and detailed notes in CRM or similar systems.
- Negotiate contracts to maximize both immediate and long-term value.
- Forecast closed deals (sales, recruiting, etc.).
- Strategically manage time to focus on activities that will best accomplish goals.
- Educate clients and prospects about products and services, providing relevant, accurate information.
- Strong communication skills across all organizational levels.
- Ability to build relationships and manage multiple detail-oriented tasks simultaneously.
- Strong business acumen and decision-making skills in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent follow-through and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
- Proven phone sales skills with a strong sense of urgency.
- Receptive to on-the-spot feedback from managers and peers and able to apply it for growth.
