Position: Senior Procurement Specialist

Location: Washington, DC

Pay: $28 to $33/hour (depending on experience)

Experience: 3 to 4 years of procurement experience.

Type: Full-time; Contract

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8am to 5pm

HireOne Staffing is seeking a Senior Procurement Specialist to join a growing and dynamic team!

Job Description:

• Manage the daily operations of the Procurement Team for smooth workflows and accurate forecasting.
• Attend weekly meetings to review budget, spending, and provide updates on reports and dashboards.
• Ensure timely procurement submissions, vendor enrollment, and key project milestones are met.
• Source and purchase goods and services for the organization.
• Track spending and improve bidding processes for efficiency.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers.
