Project Coordinator, Contract until 3/2026
Pay rate is $29/hour
Hybrid, 3 days onsite and 2 days remote
Required: Bachelor's and 2 years of business, training or project management experience OR 6 years of business, training, or project management experience.
Description:
Project Coordinator will assist directors, senior managers, program managers, and / or multiple project managers to assure all program / project deliverables and other work is produced in a quality and timely manner in accordance with established processes and procedures. This position is responsible for providing administrative and operational support. The PC will support program / project management by independently creating project artifacts, and supporting project management processes.
The PC will also support the following:
Initiation of program / project schedules; facilitate and document program / project team meetings utilizing conference bridges and WebEx tools; overseeing preparation of meeting agendas and meeting minutes; develop complex program / project status reports; create program / project related presentations and documentation using various application software.
Responsibilities Include:
- Assist with the development of program / project plans which include: Scope, Schedule, Cost, Quality, Organization, Communication, Staffing, Risk and Issue management.
- Assist with obtaining commitment to the plan by working independently and directly with project stakeholders.
- Responsible for the process for the project / program artifacts.
- Gaining approvals, sign offs and managing the repository for all program / project documentation.
- Assist in the On going management of the project schedule.
- Assist with managing program / project work within the stated Scope.
- Assist with implementing and managing a Change Control process and updating program / project plans based on approved changes.
- Monitors actual program / project hours and costs against the program / project estimates and actuals.
- Develop training material and trains employees on implementing new system functionality.
- Act as liaison with IT and business operations.
- Adhere to program / project budget.
- Assist with managing variance, burn rate and other cost metrics.
- Coordinates the mitigation / resolution of program / project issues, risks, decisions, and action items.
- Support and assist with documentation and meetings supporting the Project Update.
- Update and maintain departmental procedure manuals and various program specific manuals.
- Support the project close out and lessons learned activities.
- Understands, follows and contributes to the improvement of the project management standards and guidelines developed. Compile and assist with creation of Presentations / Dashboards for various levels of program / project leadership, as needed.
- Act as a peer to peer and team contributor. Comply with HIPPA, Diversity principles, Corporate Integrity, Compliance program policies and other applicable corporate and departmental policies.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor and 2 years of business, training or project management experience OR 6 years of business, training, or project management experience.
- Experience in the development of training materials.
- Experience facilitating groups and delivering presentations.
- Experience writing process requirements, testing and life cycle through implementation.
- Clear and concise interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
- PC proficiency to include Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work with all levels of the organization.
Preferred Qualification(s)
- 2 years MCO experience
