Location: Research Triangle Park, NC 27709 (hybrid Mon & Fri remote, however, flexibility is requested depending on urgencies)
Shift: 8am - 5pm; M-F
Qualifications:
- Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- Proven experience in financial planning, reporting, or controlling.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience with SAP and analytics tools such as Power BI and SQL.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an entrepreneurial mindset.
- Ability to design and implement digital solutions, contributing to process optimization and efficiency.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex data in a clear and concise manner.
Description:
In this role, you will report to the Financial Planning & Reporting lead and will be responsible for providing essential support in the financial planning and reporting processes. This includes contributing to the implementation of financials into the respective systems and actively maintaining and enhancing our digital reporting solutions.
- Support daily, weekly, quarterly, and monthly business reporting requirements by utilizing your finance/controlling experience.
- Leverage your advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills to contribute to the creation of reports and presentations.
- Build, maintain, and transform Power BI reports and SQL queries for dashboards and ad-hoc reporting needs.
- Implement new BI tools and processes, actively contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment in financial reporting processes and ensure the accuracy and completeness of data.
- Utilize SAP and other analytics tools to manage and streamline financial data.
- Provide proactive insights and recommendations to drive better decision-making within the organization.
