(Open to Mammography Technologists or Radiologic Technologists with Mammography Experience)
Job Summary: Join our client’s team to provide radiological services as a diagnostic modality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and position patients for examinations.
- Produce and review high-quality radiographic images.
- Assist physicians during procedures.
- Perform diagnostic and special procedure radiographic images.
- Conduct equipment quality assurance and calibrations.
- Process films/images and perform routine office tasks.
- Maintain cleanliness and report equipment issues.
- Ensure compliance with infection control and patient confidentiality policies.
Skills Required:
- Proficiency in both x-ray and mammography preferred.
- Minimum 200 cases in the last 2 years.
- Initial training in tomography.
Education/Certifications:
- Valid NYSDOH license and ARRT certification in mammography.
- BLS preferred.
