Job Summary: As a Business Development Representative, you will focus on selling our staffing services to the construction, hospitality, and light industrial sectors. This role is perfect for individuals eager to learn and grow, even if you do not have prior outside sales experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business development opportunities.
- Generate and qualify leads to create new sales prospects.
- Build and nurture relationships with potential customers to establish a robust sales pipeline.
- Actively prospect for new business through cold calling and networking efforts.
- Attend after-hours networking events and be available for client calls during evenings and weekends.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with business-to-business clients.
- Explore new product lines and increase business with new accounts.
Qualifications:
- Self-motivated and capable of thriving under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to establish and maintain client relationships.
- Eagerness to learn and take on new challenges.
