Key Responsibilities:
- Construction Administrative Support: Assist with administrative tasks related to construction projects, including documentation, scheduling, and communication with contractors.
- Accounts Payable and Receivable: Manage invoicing, payments, and collections for construction projects. Ensure accuracy and timeliness in financial transactions.
- Excel Spreadsheets: Create and maintain spreadsheets to track project budgets, expenses, and other financial data.
- General Administrative Duties: Perform various administrative tasks, such as answering phones, organizing paperwork, and providing support to the team as needed.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in construction administration is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of accounts payable and receivable processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
