What are the responsibilities and job description for the Banquet Server position at HireQuest Direct?
HireQuest Direct is seeking reliable Banquet Servers to join our team. This position will be assisting Austin Peay State University in Clarksville TN. This position will prepare, present and serve food as needed based on daily operations and functions. The ideal candidate will be someone who is experienced, pleasant and a team player!
Note: All positions are temporary and are based on large events in the area. Additional opportunities with other positions are also available.

Key Responsibilities:
- Event Setup: Assist with setting up tables, chairs, linens, and other event equipment as required.
- Service: Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and professional manner, following all service standards and protocols.
- Guest Interaction: Greet guests warmly, address any questions or concerns, and provide exceptional service throughout the event.
- Cleanup: Efficiently clear and clean tables and other areas after the event, ensuring that all items are properly cleaned and stored.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other servers and event staff to coordinate service and address any issues that may arise.
- Compliance: Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including proper handling of food and beverages.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 6 months of experience
- Applicants must pass a background check
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment while maintain a professional demeanor.
- Must be able to stand, lift, and carry heavy trays and equipment up to 30 lbs.
- ABC Card is a plus, but not required.
Salary: $16
Shift times: 4pm-9:30pm
