We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Bilingual Office Worker with proficiency in both English and Spanish to join our team. This position involves providing full-spectrum operations support, answering and screening phone calls in a professional manner, and organizing and maintaining office filing systems while sorting and retrieving documents as needed. You will assist the Vice President with operational and administrative tasks and supervise work tickets to ensure their timely resolution. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, professional phone etiquette, the ability to multitask, and effective communication skills in both languages. Fluency in English and Spanish, both written and spoken, is essential. Additional qualities include attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to work independently or under supervision.
