About the Role:
As an Outside Sales Representative, you will sell staffing services to industries such as construction, warehouse, and light industrial. Whether you’re experienced in sales or eager to start your sales career, we’re ready to train the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop new business through prospecting, networking, and referrals.
- Cultivate and expand relationships with current clients.
- Identify and pursue sales leads using databases, directories, and other sources.
- Travel within the Greeley area to meet with potential and existing customers.
- Provide quotes, establish credit terms, and draft sales contracts.
- Conduct job site surveys for new and existing clients.
- Record sales activities and customer information, reporting regularly to management.
- Meet or exceed weekly customer-call quotas.
