Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in cost estimating for capital projects, preferably in brownfield projects in the chemical, oil and gas, or related industries.
• Proficiency in cost estimating software (Aspen Capital Cost Estimator) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Teams).
• Strong analytical and mathematical skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Knowledge of industry standards and best practices in cost estimating (e.g., AACEI guidelines).
• Certification from a recognized professional organization (e.g., AACEI Certified Estimating Professional).
• Experience with project management methodologies and tools (e.g., Clarity PPM, Primavera P6, FEL Stage Gates, ERP systems like SAP).

Description :

The Cost Estimator is responsible for developing accurate and comprehensive cost estimates for Petrochemical Capital Projects across all phases (FEL-1, FEL-2, FEL-3). This role ensures that cost estimates are prepared in accordance with the company's global standards and procedures, providing critical support for project planning, budgeting, and decision-making.
