Qualifications
Candidate will have a BSCE, Colorado PE Registration, plus a minimum of five (5) years of public works experience or the equivalent of ten (10) years of total work experience.
Candidate will be responsible for :
- Project designs, including preparation of plans, technical specifications, bid documents, and cost estimates
- Required design experience includes municipal streets, drainage systems, water mains, sanitary sewers, ADA-compliant sidewalks, and other municipal infrastructure projects.
Candidates for this position must demonstrate independent thought and decision-making abilities, possess management and supervisory skills. As well as be adept in establishing and maintaining strong and positive working relationships with clients, public agency personnel and in-house professional peers.
Candidates experience will include the following :
Position generally requires extensive experience, demonstrated engineering abilities in all aspects of public works infrastructure projects and in interacting comfortably and productively with clients and public agencies.
AutoCAD / Civil 3D or CAD experience required.
A good driving record is a must.
