Qualifications
Qualified candidates will have a BSCE degree, California Registration as a Professional Civil Engineer, plus a minimum of ten (10) years of relevant experience in land development and / or public works; or the equivalent work experience of twelve (12) years in the industry. Qualified candidates will also have a minimum of eight (8) years of management experience supervising the work of engineers, designers, and other project support staff.
Candidates for this position must demonstrate :
- Strong independent thought and decision-making abilities
- Possess demonstrated leadership and supervisory skills
- Exhibit management ability
- Be adept in establishing and maintaining strong and positive working relationships with clients / public-agency personnel and in-house staff.
Candidates managerial experience must include the following :
Candidates technical experience must include the following :
AutoCAD / Civil 3D, Microsoft Projects, and Bluebeam experience is required.
