Responsibilities
Responsibilities• Enter new trouble tickets, escalate existing tickets, and keep users informed of status.• Ensure documentation of tickets as they are created are up to the standard of HireRight Technology Solutions Center.• Keep procedures and troubleshooting links and tools up to date.• Effectively troubleshoot and provide resolutions to complex cloud application related issues to provide whole problem statements and supporting collateral to other teams like Development, DevOps and IT Operations.• Identify network, system, and service issues separately from software code errors.• Ensure software problems are effectively managed and communicated to resolution.• Establish a close working relationship across multiple departments.• Ability to collaborate with end users & stakeholders.• Ability to collaborate in team environment as well as work independently.Technologies Supported for CloudGoogle Cloud Microservices, GKE, Appian, Confluent Kafka, MongoDB, Postgres, CloudSQL, Airflow, Python, DataBricks, BigQuery, Alation, AWS, Azure, Grafana, Splunk, Prometheus, Box, eFax, SendGrid, Twilio, Emissary, Node.js, ReactJSTechnologies Supported for On PremiseOracle, SQL Server, JBoss, ServiceMix, RabbitMQ, Centos, RedHat, Jackrabbit, Camel, SaltATS Integrations like WorkDay, Taleo, Oracle (Onboarding Cloud & FS), Kenexa, TenStreet
Qualifications
Education• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Business Degree in Management Information Systems• Advanced Technology CertificationsAbout you• 4 years working with or supporting Enterprise applications.• Ability to work different shifts.
