Demonstrated proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and MS Office Suite required. Twinmotion experience a plus.
Thorough knowledge of building codes and zoning regulations.
Wellversed in building systems and able to lead production of construction documents.
Must be able to manage and produce documents on multiple projects concurrently in a fast-paced environment with strong communication skills, both orally and in writing
Supervise and manage work of project team members to provide direction, organization, and quality control reviews.
Strong organizational skills, self-motivated, ability to achieve goals and deadlines.
Healthcare Experience Preferred, Though Not Required.
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship and be a current resident of the contiguous United States.

Manage and execute all stages of complex architectural projects including programming, design, presentation drawings, construction document, specifications, construction administration, project management, and client contact through project closeout.
Track project schedules, budget, and deliverable requirements
Provide interdisciplinary coordination with consultants, and coordinate with AHJs to ensure project code compliance.
Effectively demonstrate technical detailing and problem-solving skills on complex project types.
Work directly to maintain communication with the project team and Principals, and lead and mentor junior team members.
