Job Summary:
Global Network Manager to lead the design, implementation, and management of secure, resilient enterprise and OT networks across our global manufacturing operations. This role ensures seamless connectivity, supports smart manufacturing initiatives, and safeguards critical infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage WAN, LAN, SD-WAN, VPN, wireless, and OT network systems.
- Collaborate with IT/OT teams on industrial device integration and security.
- Lead a global team, develop strategies, and ensure compliance with NIST/ISO standards.
- Drive innovation through emerging tech and process improvement.
- Oversee vendors, budgets, and lifecycle updates for network infrastructure.
Qualifications:
- 7 years in enterprise networking; 3 years in OT/manufacturing.
- Expertise in Cisco/Aruba, OT protocols, and cybersecurity.
- Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Preferred: CCNP/CISSP, cloud networking (Azure/AWS).
Salary : $120,000 - $150,000
