What are the responsibilities and job description for the Tier 3/Systems Admin position at HireRising?
We are seeking a skilled Tier 3 Systems Administrator with strong advanced troubleshooting capabilities.
This role requires a proactive thinker capable of resolving complex and unique issues, particularly in a hybrid Microsoft environment with custom software.
Responsibilities include supporting executive-level staff, managing Windows imaging, troubleshooting Exchange and file/print servers, and providing expert desktop support.
You will handle new hire setups, terminations, and assist remote users using tools like TeamViewer. Proficiency in Active Directory, Office 365, Microsoft Dynamics, Deltek Vision/PIM, AutoCAD/Revit, and security tools such as Sophos and CrowdStrike is essential.
You will manage IT inventory, support Dell and Lenovo devices, configure VPNs, and maintain software such as Adobe, Bluebeam, and SonicWall. Experience with Avaya Cloud Office, IssueTrak, and Absolute Computrace is a plus.

Salary : $50,000 - $60,000
