As we expand into the U.S. market, we are seeking a dynamic and ambitious individual to be the foundation of our Las Vegas operations. Responsibilities :
We are looking for a driven professional who will work with the owner to establish and then grow our Las Vegas office. This is a unique role that combines recruitment expertise with entrepreneurial spirit, focusing on building a recruitment desk and developing strong relationships within the iGaming, Fintech, Casino, and Crypto spaces. As the first employee in the Las Vegas office, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our U.S. operations, collaborating closely with the Malta team, and reporting directly to the Owner. While prior recruitment experience is valued, we prioritize ambition, drive, and the ability to leverage your existing network, along with a strong social media presence and a business mindset.
- Identify, attract, and recruit top talent within the iGaming, technology, casino, and crypto industries.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of high-caliber candidates.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their hiring needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
- Leverage your existing network to establish client relationships and generate business opportunities.
- Proactively develop new business through targeted outreach, networking events, and social media strategies.
- Identify market trends and client needs to create innovative recruitment solutions.
- Take full ownership of building your recruitment desk, including generating leads, securing placements, and achieving revenue targets.
- Work closely with the Malta team to ensure alignment with company goals and values.
- Play a key role in establishing the Las Vegas office as a trusted partner for clients and candidates.
