The ideal candidate will oversee all phases of commercial construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations on the construction site.
- Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, suppliers, and site staff.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Monitor project progress and prepare regular reports.
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during construction.
- Maintain effective communication with clients, architects, and engineers.
- Ensure all work is completed to the highest standards of quality.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Construction Superintendent in commercial construction (some experience in retail / hospitality desirable).
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in construction management software.
