We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Superintendent to join a growing commercial GC team. The ideal candidate will oversee and manage all aspects of commercial construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
*Responsibilities*
- Manage and supervise commercial construction projects from conception to completion
- Coordinate and oversee subcontractors and vendors
- Review and interpret project plans
- Monitor and enforce compliance with building and safety codes
- Develop and maintain project schedules
- Communicate effectively with project stakeholders including client, architects, engineers, and internal teams
*Qualifications*
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in commerical construction management
- Proficiency in construction management software such as ProCore
- Strong knowledge of budgeting & contract management
- Experience in overseeing commercial build process from start to finish
- Excellent communication and leadership skills

Pay: $90,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
