What you will be doing:
- Inspect, diagnose, and repair HVAC systems, including furnaces, air conditioners, and ventilation systems.
- Repair and maintain household appliances such as refrigerators, dishwashers, stoves, ovens, washers, and dryers.
- Perform routine maintenance to prevent equipment malfunctions and ensure systems operate efficiently.
- Respond to service calls in a timely and professional manner.
- Communicate effectively with property owners and tenants regarding repairs, costs, and maintenance schedules.
- Maintain accurate records of repairs, parts used, and hours worked.
- Ensure compliance with all safety procedures and building regulations.
- Collaborate with other team members to complete larger repair projects when necessary.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $28.92 - $34.43 per hour
