We looking a RN- Labor and Delivery
Location:- Wenatchee, WA 98801
Number of Weeks:- 13
Shift:- Evening/nights
Required:- WA State License and BLS Through AHA
Responsibilities
- Monitor the progress of labor
- Administer medications
- Assist with pain management techniques
- Perform fetal monitoring
- Educate new mothers on postpartum care
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure safe delivery
- Provide emotional support to patients and families
Qualifications
- Experience in labor and delivery nursing preferred
- Ability to lift and move patients when necessary
- Familiarity with Sonography is a plus
- Knowledge of primary care, internal medicine, and case management
- Experience in emergency room (ER) settings is beneficial
- Familiarity with Botulinum toxin treatment is advantageous
- Ability to ventilate patients when needed
- Understanding of hospital medicine practices
- Proficiency in using Athenahealth or similar healthcare software
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $75.00 - $80.85 per hour
Expected hours: 36 per week
