Hourly Pay: $3210.45 - $3400.63
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) – MedSurg to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality care to patients in the medical-surgical unit. This includes assessing patient conditions, administering medications, monitoring patient progress, and coordinating care with the multidisciplinary team. The RN will ensure that all medical procedures and protocols are followed, with a strong focus on patient safety and comfort. Previous experience in MedSurg nursing is preferred, and we are especially seeking candidates who can repeat and ensure the ongoing application of best nursing practices.
Key responsibilities include patient assessments, medication administration, wound care, patient education, and support for both patients and families during recovery. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential to succeed in this fast-paced environment.
