What are the responsibilities and job description for the Workers' Compensation Attorney position at HIRESIGMA PRIVATE LIMITED?
What you will be doing:
- Handle a high-volume caseload of workers' compensation cases.
- Work collaboratively in our office located in the Chicago Loop.
- Provide the best experience and outcomes for our clients.
Experience you will need:
- Significant prior experience handling workers' compensation cases ( Plaintiff ).
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage large caseloads.
- Collaborative, respectful, and positive attitude.
- Passion, patience, and empathy to advocate on behalf of injured workers.
- Spanish fluency is a plus.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $100,000.00 - $145,000.00 per year
