What are the responsibilities and job description for the Licensed Insurance Agent position at HIRESIGMA?
What You’ll Do:
- Help clients with their insurance needs—whether it’s personal or commercial lines.
- Provide top-notch customer service with a friendly and helpful approach.
- Process applications, policy changes, and claims follow-ups.
- Re-market accounts and assist with invoicing and billing as needed.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience is great, but not required—we’re willing to train the right person!
- A Connecticut Property & Casualty license is preferred, but if you’re working on it, we’d love to talk.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- A background in banking? Customer service? Perfect—many of our team members started there!
