Responsibilities:

• Cultivate and lead a safe and confident learning environment where students can strive for and meet ambitious targets.
• Engage students across various grade levels with classical music content, fostering deep mastery and a love for the art form.
• Create an inviting, growth-oriented classroom environment conducive to academic and character development.
• Implement a classically-inspired, inquiry-based curriculum aligned with both national and state standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher from an accredited institution, preferably within the content area.
• Possession of current NJ Music Teaching Certification.
• Experience working with students from diverse cultural, economic, and ability backgrounds is preferred.
• Dedication to providing all students with an academically robust, inspiring, and joyful learning experience.
