Business Development & Salesperson – Commercial AV Integrator (DFW Metroplex Area)
We are seeking a results-driven Business Development & Salesperson to join a rapidly growing AV solutions company in the DFW Metroplex area . Key Responsibilities :
- New Business Development : Identify, pursue, and secure new AV sales opportunities across various industries.
- Sales & Account Management : Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring long-term partnerships.
- End-User Sales Focus : Work directly with end customers to sell AV solutions, including control systems, video conferencing, video walls, information centers, lighting, and audio solutions .
- Collaboration : Work closely with Sales Engineers and Project Managers to ensure successful project execution and customer satisfaction.
- Territory Focus : Primarily targeting North Texas and the DFW metro area , with opportunities to expand into Texas, Oklahoma, and Arkansas as business needs dictate.

Job Requirements : Advanced knowledge and hands-on experience with QCS controls, Biamp, Audio DSP, Shure and Intelix. Great to have : AVPro Edge and Visionary Solutions for VoIP / switchers Advanced knowledge and hands-on experience with AV equipment Advanced knowledge of TCP / IP networking, switches, routers, firewalls are preferred. Advanced working knowledge of computers (Windows-based) and software. Maintain a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and embrace a team-centric environment. Ability to read, analyze, and interpret complex documents including product specifications, wiring diagrams, and architectural drawings. Ability to respond effectively to sensitive customer inquiries or complaints. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are required. Valid driver’s license with minimum 3-year clean driving record. Infocomm CTS certification (within 6 months of employment start) & CTS-I within 12 months Maintain and / or acquire OSHA 10 Hr construction within 3 months from employment start.
