Job Overview :
As an Audio-Visual System Designer, you will play a pivotal role in crafting innovative AV system designs tailored to meet our clients' unique needs. Your proficiency in Crestron, QSYS, Biamp, Extron, Shure, and AutoCAD, combined with your expertise in the latest AV technologies and industry best practices, will ensure the delivery of exceptional solutions.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop detailed audio-visual system plans, including schematics, signal flow diagrams, and equipment lists.
- Utilize D-Tools software for project documentation, including bill of materials, labor estimates, and system diagrams.
- Design systems with programming requirements in mind, collaborating with programmers when necessary.
- Create and maintain system diagrams and documentation using Visio.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and clients to gather requirements, assess project scope, and deliver customized AV solutions.
- Ensure designs adhere to industry standards, client specifications, and project budgets.
- Provide remote support and guidance to installation teams during the implementation phase.
- Troubleshoot and resolve design-related issues to ensure optimal system performance.
- Stay informed on emerging AV technologies and industry trends to integrate them into your designs.
