About the Role
You will be the the visionary who designs, develops, and implements the robust DevOps practices that keep us ahead of the curve using Azure technologies. You will work in close collaboration with an experienced team of software and firmware engineers to develop and support our platform. Our customer applications range from the boardrooms of Fortune 100 companies to the vast expanses of airports, sports stadiums, and theme parks. Your expertise will be the cornerstone of our Enterprise Management System, a state-of-the-art remote monitoring and management web platform that harnesses the latest AI technologies. This position can be fully remote - preferred location is in Colorado.
Responsibilities
- Assist in development of our automated build and test infrastructure, with a strong focus on scalability, performance, and reliability.
- Improve and streamline the development and deployment workflow for our software Dev and SQA teams.
- Continuously improve the deployment process to increase efficiency and reduce downtime.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in DevOps and automation.
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure smooth integration of new feature and release.
- Develop and maintain documentation for deployment processes and procedures.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
B.E. in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or equivalent. 7 years of work experience in a software development environment with a minimum of 5 years in DevOps, Build and Release Engineering, or Site Reliability Engineering roles. Excellent scripting skills in Groovy, JavaScript, Python and Linux shell scripts. Automation-focused perspective.

Job Requirements : Advanced knowledge and hands-on experience with QCS controls, Biamp, Audio DSP, Shure and Intelix. Great to have : AVPro Edge and Visionary Solutions for VoIP / switchers Advanced knowledge and hands-on experience with AV equipment Advanced knowledge of TCP / IP networking, switches, routers, firewalls are preferred. Advanced working knowledge of computers (Windows-based) and software. Maintain a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and embrace a team-centric environment. Ability to read, analyze, and interpret complex documents including product specifications, wiring diagrams, and architectural drawings. Ability to respond effectively to sensitive customer inquiries or complaints. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are required. Valid driver’s license with minimum 3-year clean driving record. Infocomm CTS certification (within 6 months of employment start) & CTS-I within 12 months Maintain and / or acquire OSHA 10 Hr construction within 3 months from employment start.
