Proven experience delivering large complex programs across multiple teams
Complex problem-solving and experience establishing processes that strengthen fact-based decision making
Demonstrated expertise of developing consensus and influencing effective outcomes across diverse teams
Experience working in a highly matrixed work environment
Comfortable with ambiguity
Strong communication, team dynamics, conflict resolution, and leadership skills
Strong understanding of building program plans and dashboards in Jira
Proven experience in both agile and waterfall methodologies and working with both scrum and kanban teams
What You’ll Work On
As a Sr Program Manager, you will focus on the planning and delivery of a strategic initiative. You will partner with multiple leaders to create, manage, and track value delivery on assigned initiatives. You will lead and execute all aspects of program management, including scope, schedule, capacity, risks, and dependencies.
Manage end-to-end horizontal programs with multiple workstreams and VP+ level stakeholders
Lead quarterly planning activities for two distinct product areas
Maintain and execute detailed program plans, monitoring progress and adjusting as needed
Manage stakeholder engagement and communication
Identify and mitigate risks and issues, delivering status reporting to stakeholders
Provide bi-weekly status reports to all stakeholders as well as present updates, risks, achievements to senior leadership monthly.
