Delivers professional activities in the Operations Management job family with a focus on Business Operations. Applies standard techniques and procedures to routine instructions that require professional knowledge in specialist areas. Provides standard professional advice and creates initial reports/analyses for review. Plays a key role in implementing projects and programs in the function.
Collaborate among stakeholders in order to review, & analyze requirements, communicate our strategic vision against the request, and successfully implement requirements timely. Responsible for the successful implementation and maintenance of requests within the CED department. You will need to understand business problems and opportunities in the context of the requirements and recommend solutions. Assist with requirement collection and analysis, identify problem areas and recommend revising requirements to ensure a successful implementation. Leverage technical skills to provide analysis, reporting, and assistance to management and stakeholders. Leverage communication and relationship skills, to manage the technical, client facing, product teams and update leadership. Responsibilities will include day-to-day operations, business analysis, project management, scheduling, and status reporting. Additional responsibilities may include interdepartmental process improvement and other internal initiatives.
Knowledge of Client’s systems and platforms very helpful

Excellent oral and written communication skills
Willingness to work a flexible schedule to accommodate project deadlines
