Job Description
Candidate MUST HAVE:
2 years OT Home Health experience with adult/geriatric patients – specifically with ADLs and adaptive equipment.
Able to effectively collaborate with other specialties (RN, PT, Speech, etc.).
Active IL OT license
Active BLS (AHA)
OT Master’s degree
Reliable transportation, active driver’s license, and auto insurance (will be expected to commute to see 5-6 patients per day within coverage area).
