- Maintaining electronic files of controlled procedures, including updating revision levels and ensuring required training is current.
- Ensuring all documents meet documented requirements, including those related to calibration and quality control.
- Using Microsoft Word and Excel to efficiently manage and track data.
- Coordinating calibration activities and verifying certificates meet documented requirements.
- Maintaining continuous production by ensuring no measurement devices are expired.
- Maintaining records of all calibration activities and certificates in Calibration software.
- Issuing calibrated instruments to employees as needed.
