Exciting Opportunity : Project Control Specialist (Cost Analyst)
Location : Minnesota & Texas | Hybrid Option Available

Key Responsibilities :
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support project forecasting, budgeting, and accruals.
Work closely with Project Managers to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues.
Contribute to month-end processes and ensure accuracy in financial reporting.
Use your expertise in Excel and EPM tools to manage and track project costs effectively.
Engage with colleagues to enhance your knowledge and share your own insights.
What We’re Looking For :
Experience : 8-10 years in Project Controls, with a focus on accruals, forecasting, and budgeting.
Skills : Strong proficiency in Excel ; experience with EPM and SAP (ECC) is a plus.
Industry Background : Experience in utilities, construction , or renewables is a big plus!
Other Qualities : Strong communication, problem-solving skills, and a team-oriented mindset are essential. You’ll need to be comfortable working with people across all levels and have the ability to explain complex topics simply.
Nice to Have :
Exposure to construction accounting or cost analysis in the utilities or energy sector.
Experience with other project management tools like Primavera or Microsoft Project is a bonus (but not required).
