About the Role:
We’re looking for a Senior Electrical Engineer to play a key role in the design, development, and optimization of complex energy systems. In this position, you will lead major engineering projects, develop innovative solutions, and provide technical expertise that drives efficiency, safety, and reliability.
Key Responsibilities:
✔️ Lead critical projects from design to implementation, ensuring quality and performance
✔️ Develop functional requirements and apply engineering principles to drive innovation
✔️ Create simulations and prototypes to test and refine system performance
✔️ Optimize process efficiency, improve reliability, and enhance safety standards
✔️ Investigate and resolve technical challenges, providing expert recommendations
✔️ Collaborate across teams, serving as a subject matter expert and technical leader
✔️ Participate in vendor selection, proposal reviews, and bid evaluations
✔️ Mentor and provide guidance to junior engineers and technical teams
What We’re Looking For:
✔️ Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (ABET-accredited)
✔️ 4 years of relevant experience (FE registration preferred)
✔️ Expertise in engineering design, system modeling, and technical leadership
✔️ Ability to manage multiple high-impact projects
✔️ Strong problem-solving skills and experience working with cross-functional teams
