Job Title: Entry level Laboratory Technician
Location: Cleveland OH 44111 (100 % Onsite)
Duration: 06 months on W2 possible extension or conversion
Pay Rate: $20.00/hr.
Shift: Weekend Day Shift Friday till Monday 7AM-5:30PM
Job Description:
Summary:
- Technician will interact daily within a Painting Process Laboratory using Paint Application Equipment & Automation tools.
- You will ensure the safe operation of Applications Spray Equipment and Chemical Handling necessary.
- Applications Technicians verify and maintain the Lab and Equipment to set 5S /Quality Standards.
- You will execute the experiments using Robotic Equipment, while documenting activities and managing customer workflow to meet timelines successfully.
Key Responsibilities:
- Interact daily within a Painting Process Laboratory using Paint Application Equipment & Automation tools.
- Safe operation of Applications Spray Equipment / Lab Equipment and Chemical Handling necessary.
- Verify and maintain the Lab and Equipment to set 5S /Quality Standards.
- Use computers to operate equipment, capture process settings and record results.
- Understand, record and verbalize detailed information accurately.
- Ability to follow all safety protocols and complete assigned safety training
- Keep the lab clean and performing daily, weekly, and monthly scheduled 5s tasks
- Data entry into LIMS System.
Qualification:
- A minimum High school graduate.
- Clean shaven for the respirator program is required.
