Job Title: Healthcare Customer Service Representative
Job Duration: 6 months Contract ( Possible Extension )
Employment Type: As-needed basis (No guaranteed hours)
Pay Rate: $ 25.76 / Hour on W2
Location: Must live within 120 miles of
Boston, MA
Travel Requirement:
- Candidates must live within a 120-mile radius of the listed location(s).
- Must have reliable transportation and be willing to commute within that radius.
- Driving responsibilities required.
Role & Responsibilities
The Benefit Educator will serve as a trusted and knowledgeable representative of the Client at benefit fairs.
Responsibilities include:
- Provide a high-level overview of member plans and answer questions based on training received.
- Confidently and professionally servicing members, clients, and other key stakeholders during the event.
- Attending an annual training provided by the Client to stay informed about the industry, organization, and role.
- Participating in a one-hour training with the account team at least 48 hours before the benefit fair to learn about the client, plan details, and key talking points.
Event Expectations
- Maintain professional attire and demeanor at all times.
- Proactively greet and assist attendees at the booth.
- Distribute flyers, product details, and promotional materials.
- Complete a health fair questionnaire emailed after the event.
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong communication skills to professionally and knowledgeably interact with attendees.
- Comfortable speaking in front of small groups and demonstrating sales ability.
- Probing question skills to identify needs and expectations.
- Previous industry experience with health benefits is preferred but not required.
